Note to Parents

Parents are kindly requested not to approach teachers during teaching hours to discuss their child's academic progress. Such discussions should be scheduled in the presence of the Principal, available from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
Parents are also asked to sign and return any circulars or answer papers sent home. After examinations, they are encouraged to collect the progress cards directly from the teachers.
To foster a well-rounded education, parents are encouraged to motivate their children to participate in the school's extracurricular activities.
If a student needs to leave school early, parents must inform the Principal in person or via a written note. The school will not release students based on phone requests for early departure. This policy ensures the safety and proper management of students.

Payment of Fees

The payment of school fees should be completed according to the following schedule:

1st Instalment : Due on or before 10th June
2nd Instalment : Due on or before 10th September
3rd Instalment : Due on or before 10th January

Alternatively, parents have the option to pay the fees annually. All payments can be made in cash at the school office. Please ensure that fees are paid promptly by the specified dates to avoid any interruptions in your child's education and access to school facilities.

Intimation of Progress

The Progress Report Sheet of your child will be sent home periodically, including suggestions when necessary. This report is intended to inform you of your child's academic standing and areas for improvement.
We kindly request that you sign the report and return it promptly.
This process helps us keep you informed about your child's progress and provides an opportunity for better academic development.

Collective Responsibility

We welcome your valuable suggestions to help improve our school community. If you have any complaints, please bring them to our attention personally.
Additionally, please inform us promptly of any changes to your address or telephone number.Our shared goal is to provide your child with a quality education and help them achieve a respected status in society.
